Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer free shipping within Rajasthan.
For orders outside Rajasthan, a shipping charge starting at ₹150 will apply, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines usually range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the pincode and courier availability.
Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, festivals, or extreme weather conditions.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout or communicated after the order is placed.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and not included in the estimated delivery period.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per their country’s laws.

If you have any concerns regarding your delivery status or package condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note: Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Fair Usage Policy
To maintain smooth operations and fair service for all customers:
Accounts that repeatedly cancel, return, or refuse deliveries without valid reasons may face restrictions.
Such users may lose access to benefits like Cash on Delivery (COD) or free shipping in the future.
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with a tracking link.
You can use this link to track your order status until it is successfully delivered.
